Anthony's Fish Grotto advertises itself at the North Harbor Drive San Diego address

 

 

 

 

This postcard spells out "Anthony's" in representations of a ship, a building, a swimmer, etc., advertising Anthony's Fish Grotto "one block north of Coronado ferry." In 2013 there are two ferry landings on the San Diego side of Coronado Island, one at 1050 North Harbor Drive, for the San Diego Harbor Excursion, similar to the Anthony's address given on the reverse of the postcard, 965 West Harbor Drive. Since the amount of postage required as printed in the stampbox was one cent, this card must have been made before the change in 1952 to two-cent postcards.
