Two zebras are shown standing close together on this color picture postcard. Behind them is the fence of their enclosure at the San Diego Zoo. Of the three species of zebra, one is listed as "vulnerable" (the Mountain zebra), and one (Grevy's zebra) as "endangered" by the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources) in 2013. The San Diego Zoo is in Balboa Park in San Diego, California. The publisher was in business from 1914-1934.
