This is the address side of the cover of PC-000-990A and PC-000-990B, which are paper printouts of postcards glued onto the top of the inside of this sheet of cardstock. The photograph depicts the Spreckels Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park, built for the Panama-California Exposition of 1915, along with a drawing of California poppies, the state flower. This mailpiece must have been produced between 1927 (when the El Cortez Hotel pictured inside was built) and 1930, when the Bank of Italy (also shown in the foldout) changed its name to the Bank of America.
