This is a photographic picture postcard of the entrance to the library at San Diego State College, which at the time was in Hardy Tower. A similar photograph exists in the San Diego State University Archives for the 1930s, showing that construction was still going on at the time, but the same angle and same place are easily recognizable (con-or011 in MS-0311).
