Dear Sir:-- There should be some first-class pastry cooks let out when the Summer season ends in the East. I should like to get a thoroughly competent pastry cook with sufficient knowledge of bread baking to enable him to select an assistant, the two to take care of our house. Please make inquiries and learn at what price one can be obtained who can be relied on.
