All of the issues edited by Grant Nielsen were mimeographed, due to "the high cost of printing and difficulty in obtaining enough [advertisements]," beginning with this one. There are no photographs but the news content remains the same as previous issues. Nielsen concludes the newsletter with a note of appreciation for his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Byrne, and Tom Ables.
