Men stand around a pipe enclosed in wooden forms as another man (arm raised, between first and second man in white shirts) gestures toward the forms. The second man in a white shirt may be Charles Hanson. Others are unidentified. Behind them, across the street, is St. Dunstan's College Chapel at the corner of College Avenue and Aztec Walk.
