The doings on the construction site are too far away and too much in shadow to discern. Two cars parked in front of the construction fence partly obscure the graffiti on it, but visible writing includes "This [is an?] angel," "Dick Tracy" and part of Simon and Garfunkel's "The 59th Street Bridge Song" or "Feelin' Groovy," starting with "Hello lamppost."
