Thomas A. Jobs surveys the area as he stands on a large rock formation. The caption "T.A.J. - Lord of all' he surveys at Flint era Silver City, Idaho, i.e. he would be if looking the other way south, for then he would be looking from the north boundary of the 'Harold' placer south 1/2 mile, east and that 1/4 mile all his and R.B.S's [Robert Brewster Stanton's] Includes snow covered hill behind him-- Flint and vicinity 1886-87" is handwritten on the album paper next to the photograph at the top of page 9 of JOBS-ALBUM.
