This is a literary magazine in the tradition of the Paris Review. Published since 1961, it features in this issue a joint effort by Nat Hentoff, James O'Connor, Marc Schleifer, A. B. Spellman, and David Gurin called "Before the Revolution, Mapping the Assault on America's Power Culture." A duo of Susan Sontag and Allan Kaprow wrote "An Art of Radical Juxtaposition," with photographs of "happenings." This was the last issue of the magazine.
