A two-story tea house has a sign on the left hanging from a torii, reading "Japanese Tea House." The teahouse, renovated in 2010, is next to the community center in Piedmont Park. The publisher's number 396 is on the bottom right of this sepia-tone card, with the name in the back right margin. On the divided back, Edward Mitchell's typical rose-and-dagger (R0D) dividing line and inclusion in a listing of Mitchell's cards by number make it clear that this was produced after his acquisition of the publisher (CS) . The railroad-promotion motto "On the road of a thousand wonders" also occurs on the back.
