A rocky beach stretches north along Pierpont Bay on the Ventura waterfront. On the right are houses on the cliffs. The publisher's logo and number 3612 are on the divided back. The card was made in Germany "for John Brakey, Ventura, California." Another number, 193962, is in the lower right corner on the back. The publisher was in business from 1907-1919. A card just like this in all but the color and font of the title has a postmark of 1909--PC-002-915.
