A church in the Carpenter Gothic style stands opposite on a street, its tower in the center of the image. The Teich number at the bottom of the dividing line on the back is A-16521, from which the date is derived. Also on the back are the Benham Company logo, the phrase "On the Road of a Thousand Wonders" (a railroad-promotion motto), and a seal of the Panama-California Exposition of 1915 to be held in San Diego.
