Spread out before the viewer is a standard motel plan except that the swimming pool is in the front in the foreground. This card was manufactured before the Travelodge organization stopped using the single capitalized "L" in the middle of its name. The title and address information on the back continues with "Recommended by: AAA [American Automobile Association], Duncan Hines, Automobile Club of Southern California," so it was also made before the AAA and Southern California Automobile Club were merged. The publisher's name in the dividing line on the back includes their trademark "Mirro-Krome." The 2014 Travelodge is on South Broadway, not North as here.
