On the divided back the advertisement continues: "New, ultra modern cottages 2406 Thompson Boulevard - 101 Highway Ventura, California Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Moore." This is a stark black-and-white image of a standard motel plan from across the street. A driveway with a central verge separates two lines of motel rooms leading away from the viewer, with an electrical sign in the middle at the curb. In 2014 the plan is the same but the sign has changed. No publisher is credited.
