This two-story inn opened in 1910. Josephine Pierpont-Ginn hired Sumner P. Hunt to design the hotel, described after its 2014 renovation as in a "Craftsman bungalow-style." The numbers 3358--13233 are beside the publisher's name on the divided back. Also on the back are the contributor's logo and a seal of the Panama-California Exposition in San Diego of 1915.
