A large Spanish-style mansion with Mission-style colonnades and bell towers stands on a rise above landscaped trees and lawn, with faint mountains in the background. Built by copper magnate Alfred C. Burrage in 1901, the estate was designed by Charles Brigham and occupied by Burrage only two months a year for entertaining. The publisher's number 6826 is along the dividing line on the back, where there is also a warning that the left panel may be used for a return address only. Since the back may not be used for a message, a small margin has been provided on this side at the bottom.
