Three yucca plants bloom in the foreground. This is a Real Photo Postcard developed on Dops photographic paper. The hand-printed words and numerals "Nielen Cin O 133-31" on this card indicate the creator of this card, Andries Nielen, who worked in Cincinatti Ohio, numbered his negatives (in this case 125), and placed the last two digits of the year last. Nielen was also known for the quotations he printed on the backs of his cards.
