A domed three-story building has a neoclassical portal with four pillars. Behind it stand the clocktower of the county courthouse and another building with a widow's walk and a cupola on the left. This was a Carnegie Library, designed by architects Burnham and Bleisner, built in 1904 and demolished in 1958. The publisher's number 11964 is centered at the top of the image, preceding the title. Aside from the publisher's logo in the upper left corner of the divided back, there is a "W" in a circle sometimes associated with the publisher.
