Seen through southwestern cacti, the hotel's west wing and entrance obscure the right wing. A drive passes the garden in the foreground. Named after its owner Milo Potter, the hotel opened in 1903 and was destroyed by fire in 1921 under different ownership as the Ambassador Hotel. The entrance was at the site of the Ambassador Park. The publisher's number 13197 is in front of the title in the left lower corner, where there is also a stain. This is a "Phostint" card with a divided back, in the 13000 series made between 1909 and 1910.
