A Mission-style building with a flag flying sits behind a couple of outbuildings beyond a field in the foreground. This 1900 structure lasted until the mid-1930s, when it was demolished in favor of a new one, renamed the General Hospital of Riverside County. It was at the corner of Magnolia Avenue and Harrison Street.
