Although untraveled, this card has a message on the back. In cursive handwriting using a pencil that is at times shaky, it crosses the divided back into both panels. In the top of the message panel is a map showing the relationship of Riverside County to Los Angeles, the Pacific Ocean, San Diego, and Yuma, along with a short message. The words "Post Cards" are ornately decorated in a style typical of the contributor, and the stampbox has two borders. Publishing information, includes the logo of the contributor and their motto in the dividing line.
