The dome of the city hall (1927) rises above an arcade, with towers visible on three corners. In front two vintage automobiles are parked. This building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The publisher's number on the front of the card is P-41, and the Teich organization's number in the lower right corner is 117703, from which the date is derived. Staining is visible along the right margin and part of the picture.
