This block-long hotel with turrets was built starting in 1893 in three portions. The "Annex" next to Central Park was eventually turned into condominiums as Castle Green, on the National Register of Historical Places. At the corner of Raymond Avenue and Green Street, the hotel sign advertises its swimming pool and its dining room. Cars are parked in front, and one is stopped at the signal at the intersection. The title continues on the divided back as: "Opposite Central Park, LeRoy Linnard, Owner-Manager." The publisher's number on the back is 21877.
