This fish is supposedly in its underwater home near Avalon, "submarine gardens" viewable through glass-bottom boats. Although otherwise unacknowledged, the Teich organization's number on the divided back is A-13371, and the publisher's number there is E16. The back has the Newman logo. This card has been trimmed and pasted onto heavy cardboard, making its back inaccessible, but other cards from the same run are available.
