This card is almost exactly the same as PC-001-800 except for the messages, the tinting, and the fact that the building is completely isolated, showing sky on both sides. The address given at the top is 615 South Broadway, the number on the building on the other card. Chinese ideograms instead of alphabetical letters flank the main sign. The awning advertises "Kinney jeweler optician," "Sing Fat Oriental Emporium," and "Niebla Lago Bros. Lace." On the back the Balloon Route Excursions are advertised with the name of the route founder, C. M. Pierce. The publisher's number on the divided back is 9106. The slogan, "On the Road of a Thousand Wonders" suggests that this card was also part of a promotion for the Southern Pacific Railroad.
