An aerial view shows a large plot of land occupied by hotel buildings and grounds. In the distance on the right are foothills. The Ambassador Hotel (formally opened in 1921) was built on Wilshire Boulevard, designed by Pasadena architect Myron Hunt. It became known as the home of the Cocoanut Grove nightclub and as the hotel where Robert Kennedy was assasinated in 1968. It was closed around 1988 and demolished around 2006. The Teich organization's number is A-83267.
