King of Cabarets' Frank Sebastian's New Cotton Club, Culver City
The message on the front states that, "The Southland's best parties are given at America's Finest Cafe ... Washington Blvd. in Culver City," with two telephone numbers. It also boasts, "Featuring the greatest Creole Revue in the West." Cloth hangs from the ceiling in great colorful swaths, and a chandelier and hanging lights complete a party atmosphere that makes the huge dancefloor shine, surrounded by white-clothed tables. The club at the corner of National changed to this name in 1926, apparently closed around 1938. The publisher's number on the back is 2653.
