Elysian Park, Los Angeles, California
W.G. MacFarlane, Toronto, Canada/Buffalo, New York/Leipzig
A roadway goes up a hill skirted by a hedge. In another view, PC-001-720, it is clear that this is a slightly uphill view of the trolley (streetcar, light rail) station at Elysian Park. This was the second-largest park in Los Angeles. On the divided back of this German-made card is a single pencilled name: Florence. The contributors were in business from 1901 to 1914, circumscribing the possible dates for this card to between 1907 (divided back) and 1914.
