The park was designed by Joseph Tomlinson and opened in 1895, underwent renovations in 2012-2013. Here a white bridge arches over the lake as two people in a rowboat move next to its reflection and three swans swim nearby. On the back a short paragraph explains that this is "the largest body of water within the city limits... The beauties of this little park have been numerously used in the settings of many motion picture scenarios." The Teich number on the back is A-61366.
