This is the Carnegie Public Library in Pacific Park, occupied in 1909. The name of Pacific Park was changed to Lincoln Park in 1920, and later the library was demolished and the monument moved closer to the new Main Library across the street. The slogan "On the road of a thousand wonders" on the back may mean that this place or this card was part of a promotion for the Coast Line-Shasta Route of the Southern Pacific from Los Angeles through San Francisco, to Portland.
