Six color scenes occupy this postcard. In the center is an illustration of the sanitarium itself, looking very much like a photograph in the collection of the Long Beach Public Library. In the upper right corner is an oval inset showing the sanitarium's equipment. On the right at bottom is a woman in a tennis dress reaching with her raquet for a ball that, like the raquet, projects into the picture of the sanitarium. Just to the right of the middle on the bottom is a couple in an automobile, and to the left of that bathers in the surf with the Pleasure Pier in the background. On two sides of the sanitarium is a separate scene of sailboats at sea at sunset. The back contains a promotional message
