No publisher is given for this sepia-tinted card showing a four-story apartment building. Two phone numbers are printed on the front, along with the address and the name of the manager, A. Q. Casselberry. On the back is a paragraph stating that there are "sunlight--steam heat, apartments completely furnished, two three and five rooms each, modern baths, large kitchens, glass-enclosed solarium on south, open porches, accommodations for surf bathers, to ocean and fishing pier, one block," and a "refined and home-like atmosphere." This card has damage in the margins.
