The back of this postcard has a legible postmark, a promotional cancellation, and an intact postage stamp. A paragraph advertising the sanitarium takes up half the message space. The card was forwarded (as a red capital-letter stamp says), with red lines through the San Diego address and a new town in Minnesota written in red. The Neuner angel or fairy logo is prominent at the left top.
