Millionaire mine-owner Alva D. Myers' home on Ocean Avenue was the most expensive in Long Beach. As can be seen on the right on either side of the garage (his "auto home"), the house backed onto the Pacific Ocean. It was destroyed in the 1933 earthquake. The publisher's number is M 1946.
