This building, later called the Jergins Trust Building, was opened in 1919 and demolished in 1988. It and the State Theatre inside were designed by architects Harvey H. Lochridge and Kirkland Cutter. Loew's, whose sign is above the building on two sides, only operated the theater from the late 1910s until around 1921. The publisher's number on the back is 32, and the manufacturer's number there is 108226.
