The tinted picture on the front of this card shows a broad street with a streetcar, signals, and telephone poles. Vintage cars are lined up in front of what could be a hotel on the right that is landscaped with colorful flowers. On the far upper right is a small view of the Pacific Ocean. On the back, the card appears to have been cut short at the bottom. What may be a publisher's number only has part of an "O", a space and then "30." The publisher's logo in the dividing line includes a bear.
