Although not credited, this is a Curt Teich card, given the distinctive placement and style of the number A-77493 at the top center of the back of this tinted picture postcard. Men, women and children walk past and stop to look at merchandise on umbrella-covered tables on sawhorses at the sidewalk's edge. In the street beyond, motorcars move. Also in the picture are street lamps and the buildings on the other side of the avenue.
