This illustration of the main entrance of the Warner Bros. Sunset Studios that opened in 1924 is a stylized view of the southwest side of the block on Sunset Boulevard bordered by Bronson Avenue to the right and Van Ness Avenue beyond the left frame. This building ran to the corner of Bronson. The view omits the broadcast towers at either end of the projecting facade. The Warners abandoned this studio in 1937, but it remains as a cultural landmark (1997), placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002. The number on the bottom right is A-101691, which, though unacknowledged, belongs to Curt Teich. According to the guide maintained by the Curt Teich Postcard Archives, the number indicates 1924. This card has sustained damage to its right edge.
