Hugh Magee, Esq.,
Las Flores, Calif.,

Dear Sir:-
We are running short of milk. Our contract is for sixteen cents from Jan. 1st. Did pay 20 cents. If you can give us from five to ten cans per day at 19 cents delivered at the depot, so we can have one cent to cover the cost of transportation, we should like it.

Yours truly,
E. S. Babcock.

S. W Morgan, Esq.,
San Diego, Calif.,

Dear Sir:
Enclosed find statement showing the difference between invoice rendered and what was allowed you.

Please state what you ask for olives. We have some in stock, temporarily, but if you have any very nice ones, and will send me sample quart, will give you an order. My instructions are, to give home producers the preference.

Yours truly,
E. S. Babcock.
