Dear Sir:-
Send to the Hotel del Coronado about four boxed of oranges per week. Not hearing from your father in answer to our first letter, we made arrangements for a part of our oranges with a San Diego man, but we shall gradually work into yours when they get a little riper

D. O. McCarthy, Esq.,
Siempreviva, Calif.,

Dear Sir:-
Please thank you sister for her letter of the 18th inst.

I should like to know the position of the Mt Tecarte Water Co. I notice you are not a director, and that it has passed into new hands. The new parties do not seem to be able to give me any information, I write, because Mr Brown is now here, and I am anxious to have him become interested, if it is a possible thing.
