No
of temperature for one week, transcribed from a chart made by a Draper self registering thermometer stationed at the Hotel del Coronado. The week ending at noon or yesterday. In connection with this I would say that the temperature of yesterday morning was the lowest we have had during the present year, and as low as it generally reaches during the Winter season.

Should there be any prospect of the establishment of your Institute on this coast, you cannot secure a location at any other place on such favorable terms as we can offer, or a location that will suit the people of this coast better than Coronado.

Possession of the property could be given on thirty days notice. It is not being used as a hotel.

Yours truly ,
E. S. Babcock.
