Messrs Richard Butler & Co.
Kansas City, Mo.,

Gentlemen:-
Your favor of the 2nd inst. The prices asked by Messrs Doyles & Co. were higher than those at which we purchased a carload of provisions from other parties, in K.C., in the 2nd inst., and as they quoted us the same rates on all kinds of poultry, and a little lower on one kind, than you, we allowed them to fill the order. When we are again in the market, will apply to you for quotations.

Yours truly

December 7, 1891
N. P. Eisenmayer, Esq.,
San Diego, Calif.,

Dear Sir:-
When you deeded the mill property back you signed as N.P. Eisenmayer, an individual. The deed should have been signed by you as "Trustee." Will you kindly sign the enclosed deed and have it acknowledged, and I will pay you whatever the expense is.

You will oblige me very much by attending to this.
