Gentlemen:-
We have been in the habit of buying in Kansas City and Chicago by the car load, for our hotel, during the winter, and are now about ready to place the first order. Please quote prices on the following:

100 extra short loins
125 extra short ribs
5 tierces ham
3 tierces breakfast bacon
4 half barrels pigs feet
1 barrel honey comb tripe
1000 lbs pure lard
75 lbs sweet breads
15 calves' livers
1 bbl pickled beef tongue
100 lbs pork tenderloins
Would want to come in same refrigerator car,
250 turkeys drawn
400 hens drawn
200 broiler drawn
200 spring chickens drawn Should also like quotations on 100 lbs beef tenderloins, 70 dozen cans select oysters.
