Your telegram received and answered, that we could not use any of your meat for a week yet.

The ribs are all right, out short, but your loins are out too long, and have the kidneys attached. The meat, too, is rather young and small. Should much prefer heavier and fatter meat. We can arrange to take all of our loins and ribs from you, if you can supply us meat which is a little heavier, and can cut the loins shorter. Can also use racks of muttons and calves.
