Messrs Armour & Co.
Kansas City, Mo.,

Gentlemen: - What is the difference between the weight of live chickens and dressed chickens, as you call dressed poultry in K.C. and also what percentage of the live weight would dressed poultry be with insides removed, and head and feet off? If there is a different percentage for turkeys, give me that also.

Yours truly,
E. S. Babcock
