Dear Sir:-
Your letter of the 10th inst., is before me.
We have very few people at the hotel, and they are drinking very little whiskey Your whiskey is our main standby, and we shall continue its use.
I am sorry that we shall not see you this summer, but hope to next summer.
I shall take pleasure in remembering you to Mrs. Spreckels and Mrs. Baumgarten.
