There seem to be two Chinese camps on the North Island now, and they are catching everything there is along there, a good many of the smelt with roe. Wish you would see the oldest camp and make them pay 750 pounds of fish to the hotel for rent up to date, and the new camp 500 pounds, and hereafter 150 pounds each per week, in advance. If they don't pay make them get off. Have Fred see to it.
