E. C. Dyer, A.M.
The night clerk apparently has the run of the bar. Yesterday morning, about 2:30, he got a quart of whiskey for room #103. Wish you would give instructions to have the night watchman do that hereafter, whenever liquor is needed, and instruct the watchman not to get the amount of liquor the guest may order at that time of the night unless he in his judgment thinks the guest should have it. As a rule it is someone on a spree who wants liquor.
