E. C. Dyer, A.M.
When I passed through the dining room a day or two since, a little after five o'clock, I found the roast beef and some of the other meats on the warming table were uncovered. Last night at dinner, half past six, the roast beef was cold. Wish you would without delay have Seeley arrange system of covers and pulleys similar to what Monterey has, and use those hereafter. Robinson can give you the data no doubt, as I think he took memorandum.
